I was weary at first and I hesitated for a couple of weeks before
placing my order. THE BEST DECISION I MADE WAS TO PURCHASE FROM YOUR
WEBSITE! I placed my order on Friday, Dec. 12th around 1:00 p.m. central
time and my daughter's jacket was at the house on Monday, Dec. 15th.
Excellent service and shipping...I can't say enough about it! You guys
have great prices and a huge selection. I searched and searched for a
larger selection and better price but could not find one. Even the
retail stores could not match your price or selection. My daughter will
love the Starburst jacket (Isn't life Juicy). Juicy is her nickname and
the jacket is so girlie.

Just like some of your other customers, I was very hesitant about ordering from your site. My 2 biggest fears were 1 the quality of the merchandise and 2 how long will it take to get here. Let me just say....Y'all have won me over. The quality of the jacket was great and delivery I could not have asked for it NO faster. Right here at a few days before Christmas, I placed my order late Friday night and recieved it on Monday, Awsome!! The jacket my daughter wanted was not in stock in her size (Strawberry Nestle Quick), so we got the Dora. This was the only thing she wanted for Christmas and the fact that I was able to surprise her with it this morning was priceless. I will be watching to see when you have gotten the other 1 in and I will definately be ordering more. Thanks to everybody who made our DAY!!!

Hello, I would like to thank your company HOTJACKETS.COM and acknowledge your sales and shipping dept. I would also like to share how impressed I am with quality of your product.
I found your company online, and had no prior knowledge of this company, Hotjackets.com. My wife had been looking for a spiderman jacket for our Grandaughter everywhere without success. She got lucky and found this co online by chance.
So we decided to take a chance and ordered the Spiderman Hootie on 12/22 around 3:30 pm. I thought there would be no way to get it by Christmas but that we would have to give it to the GD later. I also was thinking that the Jacket would probably be a normal type sweatshirt with some sewed on patches or something.
But to my surprise, due to your company's fast shipping and the USPS quick delivery. I received the jacket yesterday on 12/24. A full day prior to Christmas. We are talking a two day delivery from the time of ordering. It came from Rode Island, Ms and then to us here in Calif. This to me ,s somewhat a miracle.
And to top things off. When we opened the box and got a look at the jacket. Wow! It is outstanding! It is very professional looking, the quality of the material is very high quality and notthing is patched. Its mostly all embroidered. Amazing! It's beautiful amd very high quality. It is as good as anything being sold at any Nascar Track I've seen. Very Nice!
Anyway, I feel we don't hear enough praise these days and I just want to acknowledge your company for your quality of service and for the top quality of your product.
A Happy Customer! and for the record, noone asked me to write this e-mail. Theres just so many rip-offs these days. And people trying to make a buck selling junk. That I feel this company needs to be acknowledged.

I have never ordered anything online and was debating for a couple days, but my boyfriend who is a huge scarface fan fell in love with your scarface leather jacket. I decided on Dec. 23rd to finally place my order. I was thrilled to recieve an email providing me the ability to track this coat from shipping point right to my door! I recieved my coat on Dec.26th even, with christmas the day before! I have to tell you the coat looks great on your website but in person it was even more beautiful! So it was safe to say my boyfriend was thrilled! I will tell friends and family about hotjackets.com and continue to do business with you in the future!
