Shipping:
Once your order is filled, we ship via USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise instructed.
International shipping including Hawaii, Alaska, & Canada are subject to additional shipping
charges. You will be notified of shipping options and corresponding fees.
Backorders:
Your order will usually process within 24-48 hours. If your product is in stock it will usually ship within 2-3 business days. If you are ordering an apparel item, we list all sizes since all sizes are available to us. Some sizes may be out of stock due to demand. When sizes are out of stock, we still list them for availability since they consistently come in. When we are low on a size we re-order and most sizes are consistently coming in. If you are ordering a pre-order item then your order should ship when indicated during your ordering process. We list pre-order release dates exactly as the manufacturer issued then to us. These are estimated release dates. Some items are released up to a month early. There have been items that have been delayed up to 2 months. Although this is not normal, this can happen. Keep this in mind if you are purchasing this for a gift.
Any merchandise not in stock at the time you place your order, is automatically placed
on backorder. These backorders have the highest priority when the weekly shipments are received.
If for any reason your order has not been filled within (28) days, we will contact you
with the current order status, and to gather further instructions from you. At which time,
you may request a refund in full, without fee(s).
Terms & Conditions:
1. All claims for damage, shortage, incompatibility or incorrect orders must be made within
seven (7) calendar days of receipt date.
2. All sales are final and hotjackets.com,LLC (Seller) reserves the option to accept returns.
2a. All order cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
3. All exchange requests should be requested within seven (7) calendar days of purchase.
4. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges to reship an exchanged item.
5. Exchanges will not be accepted without a prior Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) issued by
hotjackets.com,LLC. Buyers are solely responsible for exchange shipping costs.
6. Buyer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, shipping charges, return shipping and other charges
incurred by Seller and losses incurred by Seller if a package is refused.
7. Seller is not responsible for any and all consequential damages to the buyer.
8. Buyer is responsible for custom duties, sales tax and all other charges.
Order Acceptance:
This order acknowledgement is not a contract and does not constitute an acceptance of your order,
but only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at a particular price. After you place
an order, hotjackets.com,LLC will determine whether or not to fill the order, and hotjackets.com,LLC may refuse or
limit your order for any reason. By placing your order, you agree to accept all terms and conditions
set forth anywhere on this site(s), including hotjackets.com,LLC' terms and conditions of sale. hotjackets.com,LLC
reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to,
the unavailability of a product or errors in the prices and product descriptions posted on this web site(s).
By placing your order, you agree that hotjackets.com,LLC' total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be
limited to the purchase price actually paid to hotjackets.com,LLC for the product giving rise to hotjackets.com,LLC' liability.
